In the present publications in professional literature, one can also feel the strong influence of the anti-bass editorial policy, which even today often seems to show a need to relativize the scientific discoveries of the Institute and present them as entertaining, frivolous. In all such cases, the Institute protested against the relevant authorities and exercised the right to correction.
